Meet Dr Heather McNamee - Women's Health GP at Clinic66online

Dr Heather McNamee was born in Belfast in Northern Ireland . She completed GP and family planning training in Edinburgh in 1996 before immigrating to Australia.

Heather established a women’s health clinic in Brisbane in 2000 and a reproductive health clinic in Cairns in 2013. She campaigned for abortion law reform in Queensland and is a strong believer in a women’s rights to choose.

Heather currently works as a visiting Medical Officer at Cairns Sexual Health Service, a GP at an Aboriginal Health Service and a women's health GP by telehealth for Clinic 66 Online and Abortion online.


Dr McNamee is passionate about women's health and women's choice, and we're blessed to have her on the Clinic66online team!
